2011 Mazda RX-8 Spirit R, a special edition version, will be marketed in Japan starting in November 2011. According to Mazda, sports car 4-door, four-seat rotary-engine will be the cover model of the RX-8 that would put an end to the production in June 2012.
Mazda RX-8 SPIRIT R will be produced only 1,000 units available in the network and Mazda and Mazda Anfini, Japan. This model takes the base of the RX-8 Type RS (6-speed manual transmission) and Type E (six-speed automatic transmission).
