My Little Pony

My Little Pony is a toy horse brand marketed primarily to young women and children and produced by toy manufacturer Hasbro. This horse can be identified by the colorful and mane, and usually a unique symbol or series of symbols on one or both sides of their thighs. Therefore, the horse was named after the symbol on their thighs.

After the related My Pretty Pony toy, introduced in 1981, My Little Pony was released in 1983. This path became popular during the 80s. The original toy line ran 1983-1995 and 1992 in the U.S. and inspired animated specials, including an animated feature length films and three animated television series. The brand was launched back between 1997 and 2003 and1999 in the U.S., and then fully relaunched globally in 2003. My Little Pony 25th Anniversary celebration in 2008.

My Little Pony, which is among the most popular toy lines of all time, regularly referred to in various media. Perhaps most striking, the horses have a few "cameo" appearances in movies and TV shows, including two shorts Robot Chicken, several appearances on Cartoon Network show Dexter's Laboratory, and Veronica Mars. My Little Pony toys also make an appearance on G4's show Action Blast!, Cartoon Network, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Boy Meets World and The OC. In the movie Transformers, 2007, a My Little Pony toys emerged as a reference for Hasbro, who owns the license for both Little Pony I and the Transformers franchise. Toys are also mentioned in the movie Meet the Robinsons Spectacular and Nickelodeon original movie!, Which included one actor, Venus Terzo, who also did not voiceovers on My Little Pony TV series. Reference to the My Little Pony also appears in the Backyard Sports series of video games.
